Weightloss Wednesday, Week Four
A day late, and a dollar short. Not a good week for weight loss here. Bad decisions all the way around. Well, not all the way. The first half of the week was pretty good. The second half of the week was not… I need to have healthier options in my apartment because it seems like my days off are my downfall. I pick at things all day long, and not generally healthy things either. Apparently I should work seven days a week because between work and sleep, I just don’t have the same amount of time to sit and pick at things that aren’t good for me.

I’m still exercising for comments though. Everyone who commented on my blog last week got a sit-up from me. I don’t like sit-ups though, so I need to come up with something else
Hopefully I’ll have better news for you next week.

Woohoo for the sit ups!!! I hate sit ups too. How about a jumping jack, or a runner stretch?

How about a minute on the treadmill or sets of stairs or wlaking once around your building or block. Okay, so whatever you decide you now have to do one for me.
