Apparently, I should call this Weightloss Thursdays instead of Weightloss Wednesday! Though, in my defense, at least I weighed in on Wednesday this week and it’s only been Thursday for a little over two hours! Excuses, excuses… without further ado:
Total Weight Lost: 2.5 lbs.
Not stellar when you figure I’ve been at this for a month, but good when you consider I do a lousy job of following my plan. And I’m not too upset with that since I had myself practically back at square one last week. Of course, I celebrated the 2.5 pounds by consuming more salt and vinegar chips than one person ought to. :/
There’s a disconnect somewhere… I want to lose weight, but I can’t (or maybe won’t) do what it takes to make that happen. This little bit of accountability is well and good, but there’s really nothing keeping me from just stopping this. I really need to find someone in real life to do this with me… until then, I fear I’m just going to keep losing the same 2-3 pounds over and over again.

Unfortunately, my motivation to get my butt moving wasn’t any greater than my motivation to eat better. That’s 18 “units” of exercise from last week, plus whatever you guys give me this week. Maybe if I can find an exercise tape or something I can do inside where it’s warm…
