Time to change
Alright kids… I’ve basically moved my health/diet talk over to my other blog, but it’s time for a diet review. Obviously the diet plan from the beginning of this year crashed and burned awhile ago, but I still need to do something. Of course, I write this much while seriously considering getting a KitKat bar out of my drawer. A symptom of the problem here, I think!! The desire to change, but not the willpower to put the work necessary in. That’s not true… I’ll put work in, I just want to be able to still eat crap, and that doesn’t work.
I am bound and determined to do something about it though… it’s finally getting warm here, and I was looking for a pair of shorts to wear. I found a pair that I knew probably wouldn’t fit. They didn’t, but no big deal because I have two pairs of shorts in the next size up. Right? Haha. Yeah, I got them on… even got them zipped. But if I’d have tried to sit down, I’d have ruptured something. I am NOT okay with that!! It’s time to stop eating massive quantities of junk. Small amounts are okay… a huge amount is not. It’s time to stop being a bum and get moving in order to shrink the size of my rear end. It’s Spring, and if it’s not raining, I have NO excuse not to at least get out and get around the block. Bonus points for actually getting down to the river to take a decent walk.
