How ironic that the day after my cooking mishaps post, what should cross my desk, but a link to Chic.edu. Yeah, that would be the Culinary and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. Haha! Yeah, that’s not going to happen… they’d kick me out in the first day! I can cook only basic things, and I’m less than hospitable most of the time

In all seriousness though, the baked goods of yesterday were a big hit. The peanut butter fingers, especially. I got one small piece, the pan did not make it through the night. The butterscotch brownies survived a little better, so I took them to work with me today so that I wouldn’t eat the rest of them all by myself. Good reviews all around. And no more flour on my kitchen floor!
