Footprints on the Moon

Are you going to be visiting your local Dairy Queen today? If not, you should be. Today (August 9th) is Miracle Treat Day. Dairy Queen has teamed up with the Children’s Miracle Network. Dairy Queen will be donating all of the proceeds from the sale of blizzards today to the Children’s Miracle Network. (Proceeds are the sale price minus the cost of ingredients.) If that doesn’t sound like the perfect reason to go get some ice cream, I don’t know what is. I’m going to swing by DQ on my way home from work– I’m just trying to decide what flavor I’d like.

Visit the Miracle Treat Day page to see if there is a participating Dairy Queen in your area. If there is, please go buy a blizzard! The kids, and your tummy will thank you!
