Exercise and Taco Bell?

Is it wrong to complete day number four of my new exercise plan, and then go pick up dinner at Taco Bell? I’ve been thinking about what I have to make dinner at my apartment (or don’t have, as the case may be), how messy my kitchen is, how many other things I need to do (put laundry away, do more laundry, did I mention laundry?)… the more I think about it, the better having Taco Bell for dinner sounds. I’ll do the exercise DVD first and work up an appetite. How does that sound?

    I face those same struggles…but it’s getting easier each day. yesterday I tried a high protein shake at a local little place that my trainer has a special menu at! it was good!!! I didn’t expect it to be
