When people like ourselves have trouble finding jobs, one starts to wonder how (when you've finally got a job), these 'crazies' have managed to get the job. There are fantastic people in this world, but many just seem to freeze up and act (I hope it's an act) dumb when anything of value needs to be done at work. How does this happen? Is it like death and taxes? Should we just accept it and move on? Mabye. Ok, this is one of lifes greatest memories. I know the feeling. We recently hired someone, completely unqualified (Thanks HR!!!!) and had to be let go before the week was over. I understand that economy is bad and maybe it's just us trying to help out by getting someone a job, but I think that it should be considered whether or not the person is qualified for the job.
