SPS 5/10/09

Happy Mother’s Day! I had everyone over to my place… 5 adults, a toddler, and about 50 matchbox cars in my one bedroom apartment. :) I made stuffed shells, my favorite salad, and chocolate cherry cheesecake. Yum!

    My Mom’s Day was quiter, but I’m celebrating family almost every day since I moved home, so a laid-back weekend was okay. Is there a recipe for the stuffed shells on your cooking blog, perchance? I’m always up for pasta!

    That’s so nice. We had a great mothers day celebration as well. Went out for dinner with friends and all our mommas. It was good fun to see our mothers bond :D
